About the role
AFF currently has a vacancy for a Communications Administrator, based at AFF Central Office in Andover. This is a varied role, working in support of all Communications Team colleagues.

Key tasks are the ordering and distribution of publications, routine team administration and research support to the Army&You magazine. 

The role is 25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will need to have office administration experience and good customer service skills. We are also looking for applicants with a sound working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office.

Central Office Administrator (full-time)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a busy role, working in support of AFF colleagues across the organisation. The Administrator will also come into regular contact with visitors and callers to the office.

The successful candidate will need to have strong organisation and administrative skills, and be a confident communicator. Confidence with IT and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office are also essential for this role.

The role is based at AFF Central Office in Andover, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 9-5.
